This is the second time I had an appointment with Toni. The first time she was 30 minutes late. She did not have my appt written down however, I showed my appt card she gave me. She did my hair and I loved it. Made another appointment for 6 weeks for the same time. I arrived for appt on time. Gates still closed. I waited 45 minutes and still no show. In that time 2 people arrived for an appointment but left after 20 minutes. One other person was a walk in but she also left. In the space of 45 minutes you lost 4 customers forever. Poor management. I have moved on. NEVER to return!
There is a woman that has her station on the right side if you are looking in from Walmart. Her station is closest to the register. Every time we try to get a hair cut and she is there she sends us away because she is too busy no matter how many people are there. One time she had a man in the chair and she was doing the trim around his ears wrapping up the cut and all i needed was my grandson's hair buzzed but she said it would be an hour and a half before she could get him. No one else was there. Saturday at 12:30 she had 1 person she was almost done with and told us to come back at 1 when she had another person coming in. I don't know her but she acts like she doesn't want to take care of us. We never have trouble with anyone else.
