This is a standard Lowes Store. As usual it is well organized and Usually it is easy to find things, especially with the Lowes app. Some items that show in stock on the app may be hard to find, especially if the inventory database has not been updated to reflect actual location. As is usual for a big box hardware store, knowledgeable employees are in short supply. They all are courteous and as helpful as they can be.

Low ratings for this store. Some Attitude employess really upset me about recent travel to there. Nobody wants to do there job and some comments that that the employee said to me and I am a active customer and every time I see the worker she has an attitude and the store manager just put me on hold and never picked up. How ridiculous people get jobs that have attitude problems
The salesman and weman were really helpful and nice. I went on Black Friday and it was a good experience!
Lowes got is start in Wilkesboro and has now grown into a large national chain. This also means there are no competing large big box home improvement stores in the area
