Charged me for a box I didn't get and misinformed me and charged me tripple the rate . They were not busy , just lazy I will never ever go here again and I'm telling everyone I know to do the same.I

This is the shittiest company I’ve ever dealt with, the fact they even operate is a surprise. One you can’t talk to a damn person hardly at all. I waited on hold for 30 minuets after fighting with the automated thing for another 30 minutes still didn’t get anyone. And the lady that delivers my stuff threw two of my packages on the porch and another day she crushed a box that had my stuff inside to fit it in the mailbox cause she was too sorry to Walk to the porch.
This post office is fantastic. The folks that work in there are always helpful and friendly. I take packages in 3-4 times per week and it's honestly one of my favorite stops when I run errands.
